Branson Bowen

Branson Bowen believes the spaces we build shape the lives we live. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, his career has been driven by an interest in connecting people, place and opportunity through commercial real estate and development.

Branson began his career in investment sales with Marcus & Millichap before moving to Orlando, where he represented tenants, landlords and developers across the Southeast. His experience on both the transaction and development sides of the industry gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges that arise between deal creation and project delivery — and the value of stronger alignment throughout the process.

That thinking led Branson to found Go Nexus, a technology platform designed to connect developers, contractors and vendors. He later relocated with his family to Charlotte to launch Interstruct Design + Build’s Charlotte office, where he leads the firm’s growth in the Carolinas and works across adaptive reuse, urban infill, healthcare and mixed-use development.

Today, Branson works at the intersection of real estate, design, construction and entrepreneurship. He brings that perspective to Beyond the Blueprint Podcast, exploring the decisions, relationships and ideas shaping commercial real estate and the communities being built around it.

Outside of work, Branson is committed to family, community and developing the next generation of leaders.
