Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Branson’s journey has been defined by a relentless drive to connect people, purpose, and place through commercial real estate and development. What began as a career in investment sales has evolved into a mission to reimagine how the industry thinks, collaborates, and builds for the future.

After cutting his teeth at the Fortune 500 firm Marcus & Millichap, Branson quickly learned the importance of vision — how each decision, from underwriting to execution, impacts not just investors, but communities. His career path took him to Orlando, Florida, where he represented tenants, landlords, and developers across the Southeast. But it was during those years that he saw a deeper opportunity: the need for better connection, efficiency, and trust in the development process itself.

That realization became the spark for Go Nexus, a platform Branson founded to bridge the gap between deal creation and project delivery. Designed to bring together developers, contractors, and vendors in one intelligent ecosystem, Go Nexus reflects Branson’s passion for innovation and his belief that technology should serve relationships — not replace them.

In pursuit of new opportunities to lead and build, Branson and his family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he launched Interstruct Design Build – Charlotte. There, he has helped shape a new vision for development in the Carolinas — one that merges design, construction, and client alignment from day one. Under his leadership, Interstruct Charlotte has become a forward-thinking design-build firm focused on adaptive reuse, urban infill, healthcare, and mixed-use development across the region.

Today, Branson stands at the crossroads of entrepreneurship, construction, and technology — representing a new generation of leaders redefining what it means to build. His approach is rooted in authenticity, strategy, and collaboration, guided by a belief that the next chapter of the built environment will be led by those bold enough to innovate within it.

Outside the office, Branson continues his commitment to community and leadership development. Together with his wife, he leads a faith-based ministry focused on equipping the next generation with biblical principles, integrity, and vision. Through every venture — whether business, family, or faith — Branson’s purpose remains the same: to build higher, think differently, and leave every blueprint better than he found it.
